Our group homes provide 24/7 structured housing for adults with mental health or co-occurring substance use needs. Residents benefit from daily routines, medication support, peer interaction, and staff engagement.

Our PHP program provides intensive group-based therapy for adults transitioning from inpatient treatment—or stepping up from outpatient—who require structured clinical care 5 days/week.
• 20+ clinical hours/week
• Group therapy (daily)
• Individual therapy (weekly)
• Medication management
• Psychoeducation & relapse prevention
• Trauma-informed, person-centered model
Program Hours: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Eligibility: Medicaid-enrolled adults, 18+
